Let's "twist" it out! Open and stretch your hips and hamstrings to start, then focus on shoulder stretches (grab your strap!) and spine movement in all directions for a complete and refreshing practice.

During the solar eclipse, the moon darkens (eclipses) the sun, this flow session will help balance the yin/yang energies. We focus on balance poses to bring stability while also creating some heat.
